Refund Policy - Thailand India Holidays
Thailand India Holidays has gained the trust of several customers by maintaining the highest service standards and transparency in pricing. We have designed our platform in a way that allows our customers to buy our services easily. But, for personal reasons and other factors, some customers change their decisions even after booking. We ensure they will get back the funds only if they abide by our policies. That is why we have developed a separate page for cancellation and refund policies.
Our policies for cancellation and refund
Every customer needs to pay an advance for reserving a trip. However, this is a non-refundable amount under all circumstances. We will process only the remaining amount based on your cancellation timeline.
- We offer a full refund if you send the cancellation request at least 50 days before the departure date.
- You will receive 75% of the trip cost if the cancellation message is sent 45-31 days before the travel date.
- There will be no refund in case you cancel the tour 2 weeks before the departure. 100% of the cost will be the cancellation fee.
- You will have no refund if you have not been able to use any of our services, such as meals, rides, and cruises.
In circumstances, where you and your family cannot continue the tour for any reason (such as loss of travel documents or illness), we will accept no claim for refund. We will treat your bookings as ‘no show’.
Mode of refund and processing time
It takes around 15-45 days to process your refund. We will refund the amount through the mode you have already chosen to make the advance payment. The overall time may vary depending on the payment mode (such as bank transfer or credit/debit card).
How to request the cancellation?
It is easy to send a cancellation request to our team at Thailand India Holidays. You need to reply to the booking confirmation email where you have received the payment slip. It will help us to check your booking amount instantly and process your request without delay.
Remember that our company does not receive any cancellation messages through SMS or phone calls. We understand that weather conditions and natural calamities (like tsunamis and landslides) are predictable. But, these situations often compel our tourists to cancel the tour. Government restrictions and strikes in the destination country also affect the tour plan. So, we accept your cancellation request or help you arrange the tour on an alternative date. If you have chosen alternative arrangements, we will provide no refunds.
According to our refund policies, customers will bear the responsibility if additional costs are incurred because of unforeseen circumstances. Our company will not bear these extra costs.
Moreover, if any discount-related travel scheme has been published, we have the right to withdraw the discount or scheme at any time.
